Installation & Safety
β’ Place overband between conveyor idlers where possible.
β’ Overband belt speed should be greater than the conveyor belt speed for optimal separation.
β’ All equipment within 1000 mm below magnet must be constructed from non-magnetic materials.
β’ Discharge chute (customer-supplied) must be non-magnetic and fit under belt edge.
β’ CAUTION: Open magnetic field β risk assessment required when installed.
