The movement of the rotors is provided by a hydraulic unit linked to a gearbox.
 The rotors are moving independently of each other
 The loading of the shredder can be done by grapple or conveyors
 In case of a jam between the rotor blades the machine is turning the rotors in to the opposite direction
to remove the compression
 After the jam is solved the rotors return to their normal direction, If Jam is continuing the machine will
stop with an acoustic warning.
 A hydraulic Oil cooling system is implemented.
 Hydraulic system components will be provided by PARKER or EATON-VICKERS & KAWASAKI brands.
 Remote diagnostic modem implemented in the electrical board. We can connect from our offices to
support any troubleshooting.
 The operator touch panel with Siemens touch screen supports different operations specialized for
specific material types. The machine operation is fully automatic by PLC control.
 All electrical parts are SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER brand. The electric motors are Turkish brand GAMAK, VOLT or
OMEGA.
 The machine is certified with ISO 9001 issued by URS , CE issued by SGS
