The TITECH combisense® Separator utilizes the most advanced high resolution scanning cameras to measure color, shape, size, and brightness characteristics of each object at a rate of 10,000 objects per second. When combined with the optional metal sensor and complex image processing, even the smallest particles can be identified and classified for the recovery of non-ferrous metals with high purity.
Typical feed stock for the TITECH combisense® Separator includes heavy metals in the ¼” to 6” particle size range. Specialty machines are available for even higher resolution sorting particles down to 1/8”.
