52" x 42" New Hydraulic Gaylord Dumper

52" wide x 42" deep bucket to accept containers up to 50" wide
Unit includes a five (5) position adjustable height retainer bar to prevent excessive movement of the container during the dump cycle. The retainer bar can be adjusted from 40" to 48" above the bucket floor in 2" increments.

Unit is a bolt down, stationary design for indoor use. Unit includes a self-contained 2 g.p.m. pumping unit with an integrated pump for quiet operation and extended pump life, 2.0 gallon reservoir, 115 volt solenoid valve for lower circuit, and a pressure relief valve factory preset at 1,500 psi. Unit includes a flow control valve with knurled knob to adjust skip return speed. Unit has twin welded type hydraulic cylinders and a safety velocity fuse. Pumping unit is driven by a 2 HP Leeson TEFC 230v/460v/3ph/60Hz motor, wired for 460v/3ph/60Hz.

Unit designed for a 2,500 lb. lifting capacity, 45° discharge angle, and a 135° rotational arc. Rotation of the bucket is stopped at 45° past horizontal by a limit switch. Open pour chute with a 7" discharge projection. Unit will have a 48" discharge height.

NEMA 12 electricals (wired for 115v/1ph/60Hz) - with push button operated "dead-man" type (momentary contact) controls for "UP" and "DOWN" allowing unit to be "jogged" and/or stopped in any position in the up or down cycle of the equipment. Controls to be mounted on the left side of the dumper as you face the loading side. Controls mounted in a Hoffman NEMA 12 (dust-tight) enclosure. Control station includes contactor (motor starter), overload, transformer, push buttons, and all unit and panel wiring.
