System includes Eastern Model 7700 Pressurematic Air Bagger with slide gate material cut-off. Previously in use for mainly polyolefin and polystyrene pellets. Although the entire system is of 1991 vintage, it was used very intermittently and has no more than 3 years of usage.
Railcar unloading system with vacuum blower and vacuum filter receiver, unload manifold (3 ports) and rotary airlock valve.
Truck load/unload system with associated manual flex hose switching stations.
Material storage bin (22000 lb polystyrene capacity) with charging system and bin vent filter.
Model 7700C automatic discharge chair, Model 1651 automatic bag starter, Roots Model 53 blower (7.5 HP, 6psi).

Electrical Requirement: 3 phase, 400 amps, 120/220 volts.
System was designed to convey plastic pellets at a rate of 10.5 TPH from a railcar hopper to a surge bin. A total of 6 hopper style railcars could be unloaded, one at a time from the siding where originally installed, without moving the cars.
