NEW Electrically Driven Cable Reel

ITEM #1:
Electric motor driven magnetic coupler bulk wrap reel to lift 300 ft. of #2/0 AWG, 3 conductor, type W cable at 1.75” OD and weighs 2.68 lbs./ ft.
Reel selection based on a lift of 250 ft. to center line of spool.
Speed of retraction 70 FPM.
Power supply for motors to be 460/3/60, slip ring to be 200 amp, 2 conductor,
double brushed, 600 volt rated supplied in a stainless steel enclosure with a
120 volt, 150 watt heater with self regulating thermostat.
Reel spool and drive to be suitable for marine duty application.
Spool to be sand blasted to near white metal prior to “EPO LUX” marine duty
paint system. Reel motors and brakes to be marine duty.
ITEM #2 :
430 Ft. 2/0 AWG 3C Type W Cable. The cable is to be installed and
tested on reel.
Due to AWG size, no two (2) conductor cables are available.
Note: Standard W cable is suitable for submersion in depth of 150 ft. for a
short duration.
