The line as you can see consists of the following components:

# Grinding Machine- LXD-1200 Capacity of 1.5 tons/hour
# Auger from grinder to paper separator
# Paper processor- consisting of paper separator and collection system
# Auger from paper Processor to Pre-wash Drum
# Pre-wash Friction Washer Drum
# Two augers from Pre-wash drum to Heating Pots
# Two Heating Pots with agitators( heating pots volume is approx. 5m3)
# Two Discharge augers from heating pots to Frictional Washing Drum
# Frictional Washing Drum
# Short Rinsing Tank- with twin augers
# Long Rinsing Tank- with twin augers
# Two Spin Dryers
# Two Blower fans
# Two silo feeders
# Silo
# Two Heaters for attaching to the heating pots- These work on propane or natural gas.
System capacity is 3.5 TPH. Current capacity
is 1.5 TPH.
