Why we are showing these machines together

Large processing projects rarely turn on one machine alone. Feed preparation, primary size reduction, downstream separation, power, controls, and material handling all have to work together. These four BMH assets came from the same project, so a buyer can review them individually or as pieces of a larger line.

This is not equipment for a small yard or a light-duty application. It belongs in the conversation at a large waste facility, MRF, biomass plant, wood processor, or scrap operation handling a meaningful volume of non-metallic material.

Start with the material you need to process and the result you need at the back end. The right machine depends on both.

LOT 107 CRUSHER

BMH 9026 Crusher

This is the heavy crusher in the group. Four 350 HP drive motors power a low-speed, high-torque, reversible rotor for wood, cellulose, baled pallets, railway sleepers, stumps, cardboard, and paper rolls.

It is the lot to study if you need sized biomass fuel or controlled reduction without producing unnecessary fines.

Drive package: four 350 HP motors plus four 7.5 HP support motors

Included: hydraulic power package with dedicated cooling and a spare parts rack

LOT 110 BIOCRUSHER

BMH 6521 BioCrusher

The 6521 is the smaller crusher, but it has an important job. It is designed to pre-crush material before it reaches a shredder or moves farther through a biomass line.

The machine was installed in 2021 and never ran a production shift.

Drive package: four WEG W22 NEMA Premium motors, 75 HP each

Typical role: pre-crushing and feed preparation

LOT 114 SHREDDER

BMH 9905 Tyrannosaurus

For most large waste processors, this will be the headline machine. The 9905 is rated up to 50 tons per hour, with a 2200 × 4000 mm infeed opening and typical output around 80 mm.

It was built for difficult material, including bulky waste, MSW, industrial and commercial waste, green waste, mattresses, plastics, pulper rejects, and stumps.

Drive package: three 350 HP primary drives plus 100 HP and 60 HP auxiliary motors

Included: HPY-65-1578 hydraulic system, air-cooled support, cooling components, and spare parts rack

LOT 120 AIR CLASSIFIER

BMH 2502 Air Classifier

Size reduction is only part of the job. The 2502 is the downstream separation piece, using airflow to separate material in a biomass or waste line.

This unit was never commissioned.

Package: two Rembe Q-Box-II flameless vents, JKF JK-75K ventilator, and Kumera RGM-4225H2 gearbox

Before you buy

The first questions we would ask

What material are you processing? How much per hour? What is the largest piece going in, and what size do you need coming out? Those answers matter more than the nameplate alone.

Is it a fit?

This package deserves a plant-level review

A machine can be unused and still require a complete installation plan. The buyer should be ready to review power, civil work, controls, guarding, feed and discharge equipment, service access, wear parts, and startup support.
